• Accept that listings are subject to admin review before going live.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on mvpa.in — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of mvpa.in or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without express written permission.

By submitting content (e.g. store photos, descriptions), you grant mvpa.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
